SilverAGe Professionals featured for our work tackling food poverty with FareShare Midlands

We’re excited to share that SilverAGe Professionals has been featured in Charity Today, recognising the hands-on work we’re doing with FareShare Midlands to fight food poverty and support communities across the region.

We’re not a consultancy and we're not a recruitment agency —we’re something different. SilverAGe is a network of experienced professionals aged 55+ who aren’t ready to retire just yet. We still want to make a difference, use our skills, and give back—on our own terms.

We offer charities and smaller organisations the chance to tap into real expertise without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire. No upfront fees, no finders’ fees—just practical, results-driven support from people who know how to get things done.

With FareShare Midlands, we’ve stepped in to provide flexible, senior-level support exactly where it’s needed. We hit the ground running, work alongside their team, and stay until the outcomes are delivered—then we step back, leaving things stronger than we found them.
