​“Birmingham Hospice have a Board Room at one of our sites (with a teleconferencing facility) which is used for Senior Management  meetings and is also used as an occasional Training facility. Unfortunately user experience in the room when using the AV solution was very poor due to excessive echo and it consistently did not work well enough for meetings to be run using Microsoft Teams. This resulted in many trouble tickets being raised and additional workload being generated for an already busy IT team.
