At SilverAGe we aim to stimulate decision makers in to thinking about how they look at problems and encourage them to calculate the true, fully absorbed costs of Full Time Employees and then use targeted, flexible resources, to solve these challenges in a more cost effective way.

Oversight - In addition to our professionals managing resolution of the problem or managing project execution, it is also backed up by co-founder oversight to ensure maximum success for both parties. Also where our professionals work with younger less experienced teams, a major tenet is that we provide mentorship to leave the organisation in a better place following our departure.
Our professionals generally have strong management or specialist backgrounds gained within operational, project & programme management, service delivery and service assurance environments.
